Being direct-employees means continuity of care and facilitates a "family" atmosphere. The home has a comprehensive training programme and a high proportion of its staff have achieved NVQ qualifications.

Kathleen Foster & Roseleen QuinnChefs Kathleen has been at Kettlewell House for twelve years. She enjoys providing delicious meals for the residents using fresh produce whenever possible. Rosaleen has been with Kettlewell House for eleven years. Themed meals are provided on special occasions and the chefs serve meals to the residents to ensure they know their likes and dislikes. |

Roland JellettActivities Coordinator Roland has many years experience in providing stimulating activities programmes for older people. He ensures provision for individual, small group and communal activities always giving residents choice on whether they wish to join in the programme. |
