All the staff that work in the home are direct-employees

Being direct-employees means continuity of care and facilitates a "family" atmosphere. The home has a comprehensive training programme and a high proportion of its staff have achieved NVQ qualifications.

Iona Anniss

Home Manager

Iona is a Registered Nurse and holds the Certificate of Mentorship and Assessing. With many years nursing experience, Iona is committed to providing excellent care to all her residents.

Trish Raisbeck

Administrator

Trish works very closely with the Owner and Manager to look after all the accounts for the home and liaises with residents and relatives on financial matters.

Kathleen Foster & Roseleen Quinn

Chefs

Kathleen has been at Kettlewell House for twelve years. She enjoys providing delicious meals for the residents using fresh produce whenever possible.

Rosaleen has been with Kettlewell House for eleven years. Themed meals are provided on special occasions and the chefs serve meals to the residents to ensure they know their likes and dislikes.

Roland Jellett

Activities Coordinator

Roland has many years experience in providing stimulating activities programmes for older people. He ensures provision for individual, small group and communal activities always giving residents choice on whether they wish to join in the programme.

Monika is a registered nurse. She comes from Poland and has been at Kettlewell House for over two years. She loves her job and ensuring her residents feel safe and secure in their home.
